Skylair & Miranda

This is the fabulous looking couple that I wrapped up 2009 with and cheered in 2010!!!

Miranda is a wonderful friend from high school and it was such a joy to watch her go down the aisle and to celebrate with all the families on their uniting in marriage!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

It was a brisk cold day on New Year's Eve but these two were very tough and we went out in the cold for a few minutes to grab some photos and see if Miranda could not fall in her stilettos. I really will have to load a photo of the cute shoes she wore!!! They were pretty adorable!

Thanks for the wonderful memories! It was great to see all of the friends from back home and to laugh at all the stories from back then.

Cheers to you two!

SO HERE'S to you all and may your new year be full of JOY, prosperity, HeAlth and may you live each day as if it were your last!

Gunnar & Jessica

It was a warm winter day on Saturday. The snow was still covering the ground and in spots it was slowly melting away. I arrived at the church to set up for the day and was excited when I saw the dress that Jessica had picked out! It was absolutely fun and topped off with the bright red heals, made for the perfect attire for a winter wedding.

Here are a few of Jessica that we took before Gunnar showed up....

09.26.09 ~Joe & Britney~

Congrats to the newlyweds!

I hope you are enjoying your Hawaii honeymoon. :)

I want to thank you for the patience and excitement through all the photos. It is really a treat to work with two people who relax and enjoy themselves.

Britney you were glowing... your dress was absolutely perfect for you! I loved the delicate lace and red heals to finish your attire off!

All the shades of orange in the flowers and deep red bridesmaids dresses topped off the elegant fall color scheme.

I really don't think anyone could have prayed for a better day! It truly was perfect out with the leaves changing colors, the temperature in the eighties, blue skies painted the back drop for our landscapes and a sweet chapel to add the finishing touch.

Besler's Cadillac Ranch (www.beslerscadillacranch.com) was by far a great personal touch for the ceremony and celebration. What a beautiful ranch!

... and who could have planned to sun to be setting on the two of you as you are announced as man and wife?!?!? WOW!!

I wish you two many, many years of happy marriage.

Thank you to all the parents, family and friends who were so welcoming and wonderful supporters in the celebration and days activities.

Here's your sneak peak!

Dan & Bri's Wedding Photos

Well... the time has come to share the with everyone the breathtaking photos of Bri and Dan!!!

They were united in marriage at a ranch in Malibu, CA early this month. The day was beautiful, not too hot and the bride was absolutely glowing! I could really get used to all the wonderful areas for photos in California!!!

Here's the start of a parade of images that I was able to capture while over in CA for the wedding! I used a lot of warm colors for these ones as it just really presents the feelings of being there and the love they share.

Enjoy... and remember... if you ever need a destination wedding photographer!... give me a call!

Brock & Kalene Tie the Knot!!!

Soft mint green dresses with warm brown fabric accents... hand made to boot!!!

Flowers designed by her grandmother...

Brock and Kalene had a complete family wedding with every little detail planned out so perfectly.  The weather was very cool and cloudy for the day but the rain held off so we were able to capture some amazing photographs at the wedding site.  Everyone that attended the wedding seemed to be anticipating this day for many years and made the celebration complete.

Thanks for your smiling faces, patience out in the chilly air and for the opportunity to be a part of your wedding day!

I'm back... for a few days!

I flew in last night from Denver on a bumpy ride as we tried to dodge the storm that swept through the area. I would have to thank the wonderful authors who write the books that can distract us from all sort of life's happenings. I just read right through the half hour delay of flying around the storm and turbulence. But, now I'm back and trying to get back up and going! I will hopefully have a few of the shots up from Dan and Bri's wedding in CA and their "trash the dress" session at the beach! What fun we had!!!  I loved the trip and all the wonderful new experiences I had with the families, friends and with my twin sister! We did great with all our traveling directions (thanks to map quest) until we drove to fly out and the directions to the airport were supposed to be so simple. We made it there in time to drop off the rental car but we were all over the place following the the "airport" signs!  HA HA  Oh for the memories!

Dan and Bri have a great time in Tahiti and we will chat more when you get back!  Everyone else I hope you too got home safely and are recovering from all the excitement and little sleep! Thanks to Bri's family for the hospitality and amazing wedding.  CHEERS!

Jeff & Krissy

WOW! I could move to the Big Horns over by Sheridan, WY. It is absolutely beautiful up there. Here are a few of the photos from Jeff & Krissy's gorgeous day. Krissy trudged around the mountain side in that dress for these photos! The dress had a mocha brown waist wrap/tie (not sure the proper term for that!) that added just the right amount of color and flare. She made all her own flowers and they were beautiful too! Congrats to you both and thanks for asking me to be a part of this weekend! I wouldn't have missed it!

Matt & Tessa's Wedding

Eureka, SD.... on Saturday, May 30 Matt and Tessa got HITCHED!!!  They had a beautiful ceremony, lots of family, friends and their wedding party was a good looking bunch.  Thanks to all of them for their help! When I first booked their wedding I didn't have a clue where Eureka was. I remember the day I updated my calendar and said I was going to Eureka, many people said, "Is that in the middle of nowhere?"  There we others who started telling me there grandparents, friends or other family members lived in Eureka and that it wasn't but a small town.  I am here to tell everyone that I adored that little town! There was an old brick church, lilacs blooming everywhere, downtown had a gas station that you only see in movies and the lake was breathtaking when the sun set! Matt and Tessa, you have a family and group of friends that would do anything for you. Always remember that they are there for you!  Thanks for showing me once again the true meaning of marriage and LOVE!  I wish you only the best! Congrats!

Oren & Michele

Today was a wonderful day!  Oren and Michele were extremely patient as the weather tried to test them. But... Rain on your wedding day is GOOD LUCK!!! Their colors were refreshing and the day went off better than I believe anyone could have planned.  Thanks to all of the family and friends of the couple for helping to make it such a wonderful celebration. I didn't get to trying to cake but it was a site to see!  (Way to go bother of the bride!!!)  CONGRATS to the happy couple! I had a great day and am so happy for you!
